Client contact information including, name, email, and phone number are only collected upon potential clients reaching out directly to our office requesting a return call, text, or email. Potential new clients “opt in” to receive communication from Silverman Psychological Services via phone call, text, or email only after directly contacting our office. Established clients confirm their “opt in” for text communications after signing intake paperwork. Intake paperwork is not available on our website but is sent to clients after establishing an intake appointment via our encrypted, secure, and HIPAA compliant EHR system. Client contact information and communication preferences are stored on file for up to 7 years or until a client contact us to “opt out” of phone, text, and/or email communications by contacting us at 541-293-3029 or by email at admin@silvermanpsych.com. Please see more information regarding “opting out” in the Unsubscribe or Opt Out section of our Online Privacy Practices. The purpose of our communication is to contact you regarding interest in receiving services. You must contact us directly via phone call, text us, or send an email to “opt in” to communication from our office regarding current or future services.
