Individual Psychotherapy

Ages 18+

I offer individual counseling to people 18 and older of all backgrounds. I am a genuine, authentic, and personable therapist. If you are struggling with your mood, thoughts, and/or behaviors, I will journey through it with you. My clients present with various issues including relationship, parenting, and job stress, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety disorder, depression, phase of life/aging, transitions, women's issues, and general life woes. I require a free 15-minute phone conversation in order to ensure we are a good match. I want what is best for you, and sometimes that means referring you out to someone who I think could meet your needs more competently.

I am NOT a good match if you are struggling with suicidal or homicidal ideation, self-harm, psychosis, disordered eating, or have been diagnosed with a personality disorder. Unfortunately, I do not provide therapy services for children and adolescents.
