Therapy Services

After our initial consultation, if it is decided we are a good match to move forward together, you will be sent a Good Faith Estimate outlining the fees for my services. At this time, I am only credentialed with commercial PacificSource and PacificSource OHP plans; however, I do provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I cannot guarantee payment from your insurance company. A credit card will be kept on file and charged the morning of your appointment.

Cash pay discounted rates

Intake appointment: $265

53-60-minute therapy session: $225

45-minute therapy session: $193.75

30-minute therapy session: $132.50

Testing Services

Evaluations for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, mood disorders, behavioral problems, and psychological diagnosis start at $3,000. Depending on the complexity of the referral question and how much testing is needed, the amount may be higher, but will never exceed $5,000. A Good Faith Estimate for services will be sent after a testing intake is complete.
