ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in San Diego, CA. My parents were both in the helping/teaching profession, which I'm sure contributed to my decision to become a psychologist. I moved to Eugene in 2015 and worked at Strong Integrated Behavioral Health LLC (now LifeStance Health) for seven years before transitioning into private practice. I am married with two children (we used to have two Welsh Terriers). Update of 2024: We have a rescue named Tater Tot! I like animals, going to sporting events, watching television, going on walks, high tea, having lunch with friends, family holidays, reading, and traveling.
